The program prepares individuals to start and manage their own business. It aims to develop entrepreneurs who are motivated and knowledgeable in identifying opportunities, developing and preparing business plans and actually starting and managing a business. Majors must organize and start up a mini-corporation, fund it, go into actual market offering of a chosen product or service. A laboratory called Incubator Facility (IF) is provided to allow new product development research for the students. Provides students in their 4th year to undertake a 48-hour (i.e. /week in 3 months) internship or on-the-job training in Marketing at a qualified enterprise in Metro Cebu. After completion of all academic requirements of the program, graduates can start and manage a business.

Students may receive up to two (2) Certificates in GBS, but only 12 credits will be credited toward an MBA. MBA students will receive a CGBS if they fail the same section of the comprehensive exam three times.
