Sogang Excecutive MBA (SEMBA)
Characteristics :
Weekend MBA program (Friday evening + Saturday)
If completed, an official MBA degree is conferred.
Two tracks are provided: General MBA & Finance MBA
No elective courses are available; all the students should complete the designated courses by major.
Year 1 students (semester 1 & 2) should take common courses while Year 2 students (semester 3 & 4)
are supposed to complete common and major classes
Learners on both tracks can select onsite training in the U.S. or Japan during summer semesters.

Summer Research Project
Students are expected to conduct research in the summer following the first year of their program under the supervision of a faculty member chosen by the student and approved by the accounting doctoral program coordinator. Curriculum Overview

Tuition fee
The tuition per semester is about 5.5 million won for A track and 7.7 million won for B, C, D track (excluding enrollment fees).
* Housing
Dormitory: about 1,200,000 won per semester (based on 2007) application for dormitory and medical certificate is needed in advance.Boarding House: about 350,000 ~ 400,000 won per month
* Scholarship from SBS
SBS offers scholarship to all attending students according to their academic achievement. Scholarship would be provided as 100%, 75%, 50%, 25% deduction of tuition fee every semester. Students are available to get paid from working as TA or RA.

Overview

Two time spans of MBA programs: One-year and four month intensive MBA program or two-year MBA program with more academic contents.

Bachelor of Business Management
The Bachelor of Business Management (BBM) is a four-year full time direct meritorious honours programme with a requirement of 36 courses*. However, students may be able to complete the programme in three years through the granting of credits (a maximum of five credits may be given) or by taking more courses in the regular terms or in the summer terms.
*Students admitted before AY 2008/2009 must complete 35 courses from all the subject areas
