Topics include foundations of financial statement analysis analysis of inventories, long-lived assets, taxes, liabilities, off-balance-sheet finance, pension costs, inter-corporate investments, business combinations and multinational operations market response to financial information and use of financial information in valuation, forecasting and credit analysis.
