BASC 515 Total Quality Management
Prerequisite
MBA Core
The purpose of this module is to provide an introduction to the concepts and tools currently employed in quality assurance and improvement. Quality is just as important in the service and public sectors as it is in the traditional manufacturing setting. In this module, the basic concepts and philosophy are introduced and this is followed by a review of the technical tools needed to implement a quality program.
