This module presents methods and techniques for effectively operating supply chains. Effectively operating a supply chain requires planning, scheduling and controlling the processes and activities of the chain and the resulting flows of materials. Topics covered in this module include project management; aggregate sales and operations planning; inventory management; MRP and DRP; operations scheduling; and the coordination of transportation and materials management.
